Situation, Objectives & Challenges: Alcoa Warrick Operations wanted to enhance its reputation in the community. To accomplish that, the manufacturer needed to create opportunities for transparent communication with the public. That dialogue had to include information about the environmental and economic impact of its operations.

And we worked to design regular events at which the public and the corporation’s leaders could speak directly with each other about business and environmental topics.
